the pumpkin run

nick from nick's cycles up in jersey told us about this thing, but I had NO IDEA how amazing it would be. I'd have to say the junkyard in that place is one of the coolest places I've ever been. There were choppers, like helicopter choppers, any old car you can imagine busted and grown into the ground from sitting and rusting for 50 years, a roll back type deal with wooden wheels, 30 foot long aluminum fish, I could go on and on. I gotta get Phil to upload all his pics.

I hope everyone voted today! obviously george carlin didn't.. coz he's dead!
haha. he'd think that was funny if he wasn't so dead.

nick's, kundratic swap

man you can't get any sleep around phil! I gave up around 6. luckily there's tons of great movies on!

so we went to nick's cycle yesterday, phil got the coolest wassell tank and regulator. then while we were looking for a cap for it, an anderson peg just fell outta the pile! and then some really rad old harley belt buckles! nick's is so fun, I love when he's like "yeah, just go look" and gives phil a flashlight and tape measurer. when we were up on the second floor of the yellow building, I squeezed around the jungle of frames and tried to take some pictures of downstairs. there's old 45's and craaazy panhead choppers and just.. everything! it's so cool. we've been there a bunch of times but it's always more fun every time. if you haven't gone, go check it out ASAP!

in about an hour we're leaving for the kundratic swap meet. right now phil's sleeping happily in bed where he stole all the blankets AND PILLOWS from me, so I'm about to rain on his parade. it's motorcycle o'clock and time's runnin out!

my dad had a bunchhh of old magazines, he gave them all to phil but I grabbed a few to scan.
















imagine that, 3 bucks. now assholes are buyin em and putting them on ebay for who knows how much.

weekend

this weekend was awesome. unfortunately we couldn't do the RFL coz phil's shovel isn't quite ready, but we did shoot stuff!

so the cut rate party was a good time and we went to johnny rad's afterward. I don't know if phil took many pictures, I wouldn't dare touch his camera after sunday morning. we spent saturday at nick's cycle up in jersey and we've been there plenty of times and we have tons of pictures from there, but phil was taking specific pictures of frames to figure out this floor board loop situation that has been bothering him for at least a few weeks. well, sunday morning, I woke up super early and was cleaning and doing laundry and I was like hey I'll be helpful, I'll upload these pictures for phil. yeah, I deleted them all. allll of them. pictures of stuff he had done in the shed, all the pictures from nick's.. I mean nick had him looking all over the place which is always crazy coz all those buildings are packed. I feel so stupid for doing that. I bought him a nice present that should show up at his house in a few days though! anyway.. pictures!
